  • These are the conveyors where the cakes from the oven are cooled. It may include some 90 degree and 180 degree turn band elements. It can be transported from ceiling level when necessary.
  • Some factors such as product flow rate, the temperature it will enter the packaging or coating, and the production ambient temperature are effective in its length. Depending on the product that comes out of the oven, the cake should be left to cool for about 30 minutes.
